Reconnecting with our curiosity about life and love. It emphasizes and gives tools to stay healthy in body and soul. As humans we long for a loving heart and in return it gives us a capacity for vision.

The author of the work is Helen Schucman, Ph.D who was a clinical and research psychologist, who held the tenured position of Associate Professor of Medical Psychology at the College of Physicians and Surgeons at the Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City. The course was "scribed" by her between 1965 and 1972 through a process of inner dictation. Helen experienced the process as one of a distinct and clear dictation from an inner voice.
